Hello,

Many of the records that I requested do not and should not contain specific tactical plans. Do I understand that you're withholding all records under that exemption rather than releasing non-tactical records?Would you prefer that I file a new request that specifically ensures that it is clear that I am not requesting tactical records which are exempt from disclosure? Is it possible to shape this request to have the clearly non-exempt records released?

Sincerely,
Jacob Appelbaum

Hello,

I've tried to call a number of times and I seem to miss you each time. I'd like to keep this request open, if possible. My original request was as follows:

I followed up after an initial denial of all records, by asking the following:

Is there a specific time where I would be most likely to be able to reach you via telephone?

From: Police Department

I have not received any messages from you. Are you calling (804) 501-4845? I'm at my desk if you'd like to try again.
