The following are in response to your request:

1.  The City of Henderson Police Department does not have records responsive for this inquiry (MOU/agreements).
2.  We are in the early phases of testing the ALPR system and working through technical issues with the system.  We do not have records responsive to training, as this is still in its testing phase (we encourage you to reach out to the vendor for current training information, as our department is utilizing the vendor training at this time).
3.  As of 10/26/22 (7) standalone cameras were added on a testing basis only at this time; there is no other available information for these cameras at this time. There are four (4) patrol vehicles outfitted with mobile ALPR cameras and one (1) vehicle is assigned at each area command with the 4th being assigned to PSU
(our Problem-Solving Unit); however, only one (1) of our outfitted vehicles is operational due to
technical difficulties. We do not have a trailer equipped ALPR cameras.  The following vehicles are equipped with ALPR cameras: Vehicle 6061, Vehicle 6066, Vehicle 6045, Vehicle 6046.

7-10.  Attached are the “Hit Ratio Reports”. The City of
Henderson did not have any ALPR cameras from 2019-2021.
11. Attached are the Agencies which the City of
Henderson shares data with. No “Hot List” are shared or received from other
Agencies.
