To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to the Healdsburg contract with Sungard to purchase Sungard Naviline permitting software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
The City of Healdsburg does not have any records that are responsive to your request.
The city's contract with Sunguard did not include permitting software.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Do you have a separate contract for building permit software? If so, can you please send it over?
Yes, the contract is with Tyler Technologies; however, I cannot e-mail the pdf because it exceeds the allowable limit. The contract is 214 pages long – if you would like a hard copy, one can be mailed to you at $.10 per page plus postage.
Thank you for the quick response. We only need the pages with the cost if that's helpful? If so, would it be under your limit?
Please see attached.
I appreciate it. Thank you. Please consider this request completed.
