For #1, No disclosure. Disclosure of any records within this description would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. See Section 92F-13, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS). In addition, the privacy interest of the individual outweighs any public interest in disclosure. See Section 92F-14, HRS. There are no exceptions for disclosure. See also section 92F-12, HRS.
