Copies of signed and notarized (if available) oaths of office for any and all district employees or contractors with the following credentials:
- School Building Leader
- School Administrator / Supervisor
- School District Leader
- School District Business Leader
From October 15, 2017 until the date this request is fulfilled.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

- School Administrator / Supervisor
- School District Leader
- School District Business Leader

Our intent is to fulfil the request within the required 20 business days.
For your records, Regan Johnson is the Records Officer for Guilderland Central School District. AT this time, you may send the request to me at Teneyckk@guilderlandschools.net as I am the confidential secretary to Mr. Johnson. I print the requests to ensure that Mr. Johnson is aware.
Currently, these are being sent to Jeff Coons. He is not nor has he ever been the Records Officer. His predecessor was Kelly Zurakowski, she was the records Manager in charge of scanning for the district, which included scanning of requests.
