Alex James Widdicombe Traffic Incident Report (Greenville County Sheriff's Department)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the South Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all service and incident-level data relating to a traffic incident in which a pedestrian, Alex James Widdicombe, was struck by a vehicle in the city of Greenville on or about the night of March 2nd, 2019.

In order to help to determine my status for purposes of determining the applicability of any fees, you should know that I am the brother of the above mentioned pedestrian, Alex James Widdicombe, and am seeking this information purely for my own clarity regarding ongoing concerns over his mental health. To be clear, I am seeking this information for personal use and not for a commercial use.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
