Grays Harbor - Lyle Stevik 911 audio

Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:

Audio recording of a 911 call placed on September 17th 2001 from the Lake Quinalt Inn located at 8 North Shore Road #5. This 911 call was about an unidentified decedent now known as "Lyle Stevik" who was found in a hotel room. I understand that this call was made nearly 16 years ago, but I am hopeful that the recording was saved and cataloged. If the recording was saved, please release the recording in mp3 format.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your swift reply. I understand that this case is under investigation, and this request will not be processed until the completion of the investigation. I am hopeful that this case will be resolved soon, and I appreciate the work that the Grays Harbor Sheriff's Office continues to do to solve it.
