Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Candidate/Officeholder Campaign Finance Reports (Form C/OH) for candidates running for city of Gorman offices, including city council and mayor, and any other candidates that submit to the city's jurisdiction for campaign finance reporting. I'm looking for any reports filed between January 1, 2019 and March 11, 2023. I'd like to receive the reports in an electronic PDF format. I've attached the details of my request via the Texas Attorney General's public information request form.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

We have replied several times to this request. The city of Gorman is a small entity. We do not have anyone that does any campaigning. Our Candidates usually run unopposed. We would appreciate you no longer sending us this letter as we have already replied.
