The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

I'm wondering if you can provide any other documentation that shows how many of which type of Verkada camera the new system consisted of along with line item pricing per camera. That would help me to understand the breadth of discount off of MSRP they gave you.

Per our technology Director, Verkada has switched to a distributor system,
so we are purchasing from a third party. We are paying approximately $360
for a 5 year license, which equates to about a 40% discount off MSRP.
I believe this fulfills the request for information.
