GEMSHS FOIA Request: Aerial Surveillance

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all multimedia--including, but not limited to, aerial surveillance/drone footage, video footage, audio files, photographs, etc.--captured or in the possession of the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security of the “South River Forest,” “Intrenchment Creek,” “Intrenchment Creek Park,” “Old Atlanta Prison Farm,” “Atlanta Prison Farm,” “Atlanta Public Safety Training Center site,” “Public Safety Training Facility”, “Weelaunee Forest,” “Lake Charlotte Nature Preserve”, “Southside Park”, “Emerald Park,” “Thomasville Park,” as well as any available indices, logs, or similar records indicating the existence of or consideration of producing such multimedia; between January 1st, 2022, and the date on which this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
