Homeless Arrests

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Of all homeless/transient arrests made within the City Limits of Gastonia from January 2021- May 2023.. I do not require names or personal information. Just the number of arrests that were made of homeless people in this time frame.. And the crimes committed for the arrests.. Example = Trespassing, Shoplifting, failure to appear, assault ,etc..

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
