Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records regarding Grant Solomon (DOB: 6-13-2002) who died on 7-20-2020 (Incident number: GLTN-20-033650; Case Numbers: GLTN20-02976):
1) Any Gallatin PD dashcam footage filmed on the way to this incident, at this incident, or on the way from this incident, which occurred at 1357 S Water Ave, Gallatin, TN 37066, around 8:40 a.m. on July 20, 2020.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request if the fees exceed $100. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or in PDF format on a USB drive if not.
If you deny any or all of this request, please cite each specific exemption you feel justifies the refusal to release the information and notify me of the appeal procedures available to me under the law. Thank you.
