Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

On September 30, 2007, five gunshots were fired into a car containing Randall Carson, Justin Glass, and Corey Smith while they were waiting at a Gainesville traffic light after having left a nightclub. Carson, a back-seat passenger was uninjured, and told police that the shooter was a "Hawaiian" or "Hispanic" male with a large build weighing about 230 lb (100 kg) and having many tattoos.[80] He picked a photo of Hernandez out of a police lineup.

Pursuant to Article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution, and chapter 119, F.S., American Media Inc. requests the following:

(1): Crime scene photos taken at the scene, including but not limited to photos of shell casings, the vehicle(s) involved, and crime scene in general.
(2): 911 calls and dispatches for reports of the shooting.
(3): Any video/audio interviews conducted with Aaron Hernandez, or others interrogated and/or brought in for questioning in relation to the shooting.
(4): Any audio/video of the investigation, including but not limited to police questioning, crime scene logging, body cam footage (if available), and all other responsive material.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
