A search of the records at the Fulton County Sheriff's Office was made in response to your request for records related to Missing American Indian/Alaska Native Reports.
Our record search consists solely of incidents handled by the Fulton County Sheriff's Office and do not include law enforcement records from local municipalities within Fulton County or other areas of New York State.
A search of the records from January 1, 2000 to present shows the Fulton County Sheriff's Office did not investigate any missing persons involving American Indian/Alaska Native during that time frame.

Thank you for replying back to our FOIL request,
We have a few follow-up questions based on your response:
1. Is there a particular reason as to why you do not keep records within your jurisdiction?
2. Is the reason applicable to murder cases? In other words, do you not file murder cases within your jurisdiction?
Thank you in advance for your anticipated participation in the matter.
Sincerely,
Urban Indigenous Collective
