Dear Sir/Madam:

This response is being sent on behalf of Valarie Vuicich, the Career Technical Education/ROP Administrator for the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, with respect to your inquiry below.

The California Public Records Act (“CPRA”) request you directed on October 30, 2017 to Ms. Vuicich was identical in content and form to the request you also sent on that same date to Jim A. Yovino, the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools. CTE/ROP is a department of the office of the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools; it is not a separate legal or administrative entity. Therefore, the November 9, 2017 response of the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools to your October 30 CPRA request shall serve as the response on behalf of all of the constituent departments of the Superintendent’s office, including CTE/ROP. A copy of that November 9 response is attached hereto for your reference.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions concerning this matter.

Sincerely,

Chris Lozano
