Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
The agendas and minutes for any meeting of the Fort Wayne Board of Public Safety that occurred between January 1, 2015 and June 8, 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Thornton:
The Law Department is in receipt of your Request for Access to Public Records (noted below) dated and received in this office on June 9, 2020.
As the request is extensive, the City will comply with your request within a reasonable time period. All information will be provided that is not covered by any exception outlined in I.C. 5-14-3-4. You will be notified when this information is available and the cost. Because of the considerable volume of data requested, more than likely data will be provided on a thumb drive or cd disk. The City charges $30 for information provided by thumb drive or cd disk.

I will have to wait and see how many disks/thumb drives there are. I never know until the department forwards the information to me. Depends on the volume of documents saved to the disks.
