Some of the information is readily available; however, the District needs additional time to produce the remaining responsive records.  Please log in to the Public Information Center at the following link to retrieve the responsive records available now. Public Information Request - R002112-021824 Fort Bend ISD is unable to provide the responsive information to you within ten (10) business days of our receipt of your request.  The information you requested is not readily available in the format requested, therefore, an additional ten (10) business days is needed in order for Fort Bend ISD to respond to your request for records.  Your records will be provided to you on or before March 22, 2024. In addition, you will be required to pay duplication costs of ten (10) cents per page, if applicable, as well as any other costs associated with Fort Bend ISD complying with your request (i.e. personnel costs if more than 50 pages).  Information regarding charges for providing public information is set forth in S tate Law and Subchapter F of the Public Information Act, sections 552.261 through 552.274.  Payment for applicable charges will be due either before we begin processing your request or upon the completion of your request in the form of either cash or check/money order made payable to Fort Bend ISD. If it is determined that providing the requested copies or access to the requested public information will exceed the total cost of $40.00, an itemized invoice detailing the charges imposed will be sent to you.  In such a case, payment must be received by Fort Bend ISD before Fort Bend ISD can proceed with responding to your request. Should you have any questions or concerns pertaining to this notice, please contact me at your convenience  If you wish to withdraw your request for information, please submit your withdrawal in writing.
