Folly Beach Accident

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the S.C. Code Ann. § 30-4-50 (9), I hereby request the following records:

Video and/or audio recording made from a vehicle-mounted recording device or dashboard camera capturing the officer-involved incident that resulted in injury on 6/26/23 at the Crosstown (Septima P Clark Pkwy) and President St in Charleston. Specifically, if available, requesting the 5 minutes prior to the incident, the incident, and 20 minutes following the incident. If less than the requested timeframe is available, this request shall be for the entire available video/audio regarding this incident.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically. If the records are too large to email, I can provide a link to a cloud-based service where the records may be uploaded.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
