Please provide information on Florida Emergency Management Agency's Personnel Emergency Management Number: 0070046690 (SERT TRAC) FEMA ID: 0000866833
Please Include individuals name attached to the EM number and approved certificates held by this SERT TRAC EM number (and any record of unapproved certificates). A copy of the certificates is not needed, just a simple description/course number and from which department the said certificates were issued by and in what name they were issued to.
This request is not being made for commercial purposes.
There should be no fees associated with this request but in the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would fulfill my request and attach an invoice. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment of a written letter.
