Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

-Any communication received from the governor's office regarding Rod Velez and his eligibility to legally serve as a member of the Broward County School Board.
-Any communication between any member of the AG's office and 1. Rod Velez, any member of his political campaign staff, or any attorneys working on his behalf 2. Daniel Foganholi, any member of his political campaign staff, or any attorneys working on his behalf 3. Marie Murray Martin, any member of her political campaign staff, or any attorneys working on her behalf
-Any internal communications (emails, memos, text messages) regarding the creation, implementation and release of the executive order blocking Rod Velez from assuming a position on the Broward County School Board, and the appointment of Daniel Foganholi

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
