Rick Scott & Green Access Communications

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

To whom this may concern,

I am requesting copies of all records of correspondence among Rick Scott (and the governors office in general) and an entity (or its affiliated employees/principals) called Green Access.

It is known that on June 22, 2011, Rick Scott sent a letter address to "Stephane" writing in support of a project and investment system being operated by and among an entity called Green Access, whose address is listed as 214 River Park Drive, Jupiter, Florida 33477.

Furthermore, it is know that on November 1, 2013, Rick Scott sent another (although illegible) letter to "Stephan" of green access and further address it to "Stephen and Clients". This letter was address to a location similar to 11902 Tiffany Way

To help facilitate this search, the following information is provided:

1.) GreenAccess is involved in a variety of EB-5 investment immigration programs and projects.
2.) Rick Scott and his office have written letters of support as well as certified TEA census tracks.
3.) GreenAccess LLC, has a number of related entities include GREENCCESS LLC, GREENACCESS CAPITAL, LLC, GREENACCESS EB-5 LLC, GREENACCESS FLORIDA, LLC, Etc.
4.) The primary manage of GreenAccess projects is HARDY, STEPHANE with an address listed as 1001 N US HIGHWAY ONE, SUITE 504 JUPITER, FL 33477.
5.) Rick Scott and his office have regularly met with EB-5 industry members and promoted foreign investment.

If the above request is too vague, or needs additional guidance, please consider locating and disclosing all of the TEA certifications made by Rick Scott and his office as well as all and any letters of support submitted to EB-5 ventures within the State of Florida.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
