Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, s. 286.011, F.S., I hereby request the following records:
Any records related to AdventHealth also known as Adventist Health System from 2019 to 2023 (present day) within your agency's possession.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I grant permission for fees up to $30. If the fees are still in excess of $30, please let me know as well as the number of results produced and I will further revise the criteria. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
If you deny any part of this request, please cite each specific exemption you think justifies your refusal to release the information and notify me of appeal procedures available under the law.

We may wish to inform the requestor that we are interpreting their request broadly as seeking all records related to AdventHealth or Adventist Health System from January 01, 2019 to the date of their request. This would include emails, complaints, and any other records regarding or related to AdventHealth/Adventist Health System in our agency’s custody. Thus far, we have already located over 53,000 email records and over 290 complaints records that are responsive to the request. If there is a specific issue or matter regarding AdventHealth/Adventist Health that the requestor is looking for, that could help us narrow our search and limit the cost and the amount of records that would need to be reviewed for confidential and exempt information.
If the requestor wishes to narrow the request or has something more specific they are looking for, please let us know.

Thank you for your response. First of all, Florida's Office of the Attorney General has been a great help and I sincerely appreciate all of you.
I am interested in all 290 complaints within the criteria I specified.
As far as emails, I separately, I revise the criteria to be from August 29th, 2022 to 2023, the date of the processing of this request. Please let me know if the emails still produce too numerous of results in that timeframe or is overly burdensome. If so, I narrow the criteria further in regards to emails to include only the following individuals that are presently part of AdventHealth (aka Adventist Health System) leadership as either sender, recipient, cc, bcc, or otherwise in the body of the email. These individuals in leadership are: Terry D Shaw (Terry.Shaw@AdventHealth.com) [CEO/President nationwide for AdventHealth], Randy Haffner (Randy.Haffner@AdventHealth.com) [CEO of AdventHealth's Florida Division], Opal Howard (Opal.Howard@AdventHealth.com)[Chief People Officer], Heather Ross (Heather.Ross@AdventHealth.com) [Director of Employee Relations], Jeffrey Bromme (Jeffery.Broome@AdventHealth.com) [Chief Legal Office], and the Paul Rathbun (Paul.Rathbun@AdventHealth.com) [Chief Financial Officer] as well if any email originated from their personal emails, if that is readily known, otherwise that may be disregarded. Additionally, I add an attorney that represents AdventHealth, whose name is Paul Prather (PPrather@littler.com) [Law Firm: Littler].

We have reviewed the revised public records request and have produced a cost estimate based on the approximate amount of staff time and resources it will take to gather, review, and redact responsive documents. All records must be thoroughly reviewed for redactions in accordance with Chapter 119 F.S. before they can be released. There are about 240 complaints against Advent Health with approximately 700 pages. These must be reviewed for confidential and exempt information and redacted.
There are about 1,000 emails with approximately 3,000 pages. These also must be reviewed for confidential and exempt information and redacted. There are more than 700 Florida Bar Career Center and other bar association emails included in the total number of emails. If you tell us that you do not want these types of documents, then it will lower the number of documents that will need to be reviewed and we can provide you with a revised cost estimate.

Thank you for elaborating. I wish to further narrow down the criteria to include emails already within the criteria but now to exclude all but 5 emails from the Florida Bar Career Center and 5 emails from other bar associations with those 10 emails selected at random (solely to inspect its content for possible interest in a future request).
Thank you for the recommendation as these are likely extraneous to the records I seek. If you have any other recommendations as to subcategories of emails that may help both myself and the general public in the future, let me know.
Otherwise, that would conclude narrowing down my request and I believe I’d more likely than not be able to pay in full with immediacy at that point.
