Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all records/photos/videos/audio and other materials related to the disappearance and death investigation of Paula Sladewski. (Reported missing and body identified on January 3, 2010)

Including, but not limited to:
- Reports from Medical Examiner
- Surveillance footage from approx 7am-8am from Space Club showing Kevin Klym and then Paula Sladewski leaving with an unknown male
- Incident reports from discovery of body
- Police reports about attempt to file missing person report
- Correspondence about FDLE taking over the case
- Other investigative reports

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Searches were conducted through FDLE's Automated Investigative Management System for investigative record and the Laboratory Information Management System for laboratory records based on the information you provided in your public records request. After conducting searches, we were unable to find public records responsive to your request.

A criminal history query is not included in this response. Pursuant to section 943.053(1), Florida Statutes, the Department of Law Enforcement shall disseminate criminal justice information only in accordance with federal and state laws, regulations, and rules. Pursuant to section 943.053(3)(e), Florida Statutes, the fee per record (name searched) for Florida criminal history information is $24.00. You may obtain a certified copy of a Florida criminal history report for $24.00 from our Criminal History Services Section by calling (850) 410-8161.
