Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

The 15th Judicial Circuit has been identified as one of several circuits throughout the state currently denying victims of domestic violence and their children (many also victims of physical, psychological and/or sexual abuse per FL statute 39) constitutional due process in family courtrooms.

The lawless and biased behaviors of Florida family courts leads victims to believe judges statewide are colluding with state attorneys, law enforcement agencies, children's advocacy centers, guardian ad litems, child therapists, and DCF caseworkers to assist in the cover up of abuse crimes to keep victims trapped in family courts for years on end without a jury forcing systemic economic poverty on safe parents and court sanctioned violence on children.

In order to provide the public with transparency, we are demanding the below from your circuit in accordance with FL Statute 113:

-Signed oaths of office from all judges presiding in the 15th circuit
-Salary and job description of all judges presiding in the 15th circuit
-Salary and job description from all clerks presiding in the 15th circuit
-Salary and job description of all state attorneys within the 15th circuit
-Any and all bonds (Ex: surety bonds, etc.) you hold, your salary and job description
-Any and all bonds (Ex: surety bonds, etc.) held by all state attorneys, judges, and clerks within the 15th circuit
