Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
All Florida election commission complaints filed between July 1, 2022 and December 23, 2022 which are public record.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Dear Mr. Miller,
In response to your request for public records, I have determined that we
have 21 public record complaints responsive to your request (filed between
July 1, 2022 and December 23, 2022. Please note that this number reflects
only the complaints that are public record and do not include any that
remain confidential, and or appeals of automatic fines cases (appeals are
filed by candidates and or committees for late filed reports). A
confidential complaint becomes public record after a probable cause
determination. See s. 106.25(7), F.S.
Before I can release the records, I am required to review the documents and
apply required redactions to any confidential and exempt information that
may be included in the complaints. I will notify you the number of pages
and any costs involved, if any, prior to completion of the request.

The review of the complaints is completed. There are approximately 200
pages involved in the compilation of public complaints filed between July
1, 2022 through December 23, 2022. Since it did not take too long to
review and redact, I am not charging you for these documents. However, I
will have to submit them to you in increments in order to pass the fire
wall limitation.
