Copies of any and all notifications/reports from your agency to the Dept. of Economic Opportunity from January 1, 2023 through July 13, 2023 documenting:
1. Employers found to be in violation of identity verification compliance regulations.
2. Enforcement action taken against those employers.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

As of today’s date, the Public Record Unit has 1,141 records requests pending fulfillment received and docketed prior to PRR-2023-1945. Unfortunately, due to the sheer volume of pending records requests and limited staff, we are unable to provide a fulfillment date at this time.
