1. All documents signed with procurement software or software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP this agency uses or used in the past five years.

Additionally, if possible, please answer the following four questions:
a. What is the name of the procurement software you use (or the name of the software you use to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP)?
b. What is the annual cost for this software?
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin?
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP?

Answer: The City does not procurement software that is designed to create and publish RFI, RFQ, or RFP. Because of this, we do not have documents to provide that were signed by the procurement software

Answer: RFP’s are created using word processing software, Microsoft Word

* What is the annual cost for this software?

Answer: The city pays $503,000 annually in licensing fees for all city users.

Answer:3 year contract_ July 1, 2020

* Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP?

I oversee the public records process for the City of Fayetteville. There was a similar request in May (https://fayettevillenc.nextrequest.com/requests/20-431) that may answer some of your questions. The City of Fayetteville recently just went through the process of reviewing proposals from vendors for ERP software, but the city is currently in contract negotiations with one of the vendors and a contract is not currently available.

Here are the answers to your questions:
