As you may know, Virginia's Freedom of Information Act, §2.2-3703(5) specifically exempts "records maintained by the clerks of the courts of record....," precisely because these documents are already public records held out for public inspection here at the Fairfax Courthouse under §17.1-208. The copy fee of $.50/page is also set by Virginia Code, at §17.1-275(A)(8).
I invite you to come to the third floor of our Courthouse and search our CPAN (Court Public Access Network) Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm. Or you can access CPAN remotely, by establishing a subscription http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/courts/circuit/cpan.htm
The document you are seeking can be found at Book 0080 and Page 0528, and it is a one page document.
