Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
– all inspection reports
– all compliance schedule letters
– all re-inspection date notifications
regarding buildings at 2014 Wesley, 2018 Wesley, and 2024 Wesley in Evanston from January 1, 2006 and the date this request is processed (inclusive of those dates).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This request is for
– all inspection reports
– all compliance schedule letters

regarding buildings at 2014 Wesley, 2018 Wesley, and 2024 Wesley in Evanston from January 1, 2006 and the date this request is processed (inclusive of those dates).
All that was provided was a list of complaints for 2024 Wesley and a PDF of inspection reports for 2014 Wesley from the years 2012 and 2015. Can you confirm that between 01/2006 and the present that there are no inspection reports for 2024 Wesley nor for 2018 Wesley, or were the records withheld? Can you confirm that none of the 3 buildings have inspection reports for any years since 2015, or have they been withheld?
