Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140, I hereby request the following records:
Any records pertaining to Evanston-Skokie School District 65's Crisis Management Plan, including but not limited to: reports, presentations, forms, memoranda, plans, summaries, agendas, meeting notes, meeting transcripts, emails, or other communications, between the dates of January 1, 2020 and July 25, 2022.
In particular, I request any and all records related to the district's consideration of contracting or otherwise doing business with Navigate 360, Hall Pass, Smart Tag, and Centegix.
The requested documents will be made availale to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within five business days, as required by Act 5 ILCS 140(3).
