A message was sent to you regarding record request #23-1919:

You are hereby notified that your Request for public records has been determined to be unduly burdensome pursuant to Section 3(g) of FOIA. The extraordinary volume of documents (estimated to be over 7000 pages and estimated 30 staff hours and multiple staff members to fill) the request is too burdensome on City resources to produce the request as drafted. Please contact the Clerk's Office at 847-448-8189 to discuss narrowing the scope of the request. Please consider narrowing your request by sender/recipient, topic or date.

If you agree to narrow your request, you must submit a revised written request. The City of Evanston will take no further action or send you any further correspondence unless and until your current request is narrowed in writing. If we do not receive your narrowed request within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this letter, your current request will be denied.
