Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
- copies of all completed Use of Force Reports created by EPD between January 1, 2016 and August 9, 2018;
- copies of all Use of Force Analysis Reports submitted to the Chief of police between January 1, 2012 and August 9, 2018; and
- copies of all paperwork documenting restraints, control techniques, and TASER usage between January 1, 2016 and August 9, 2018.
