1.) A copy of any and all FOIL requests received by the Erie County Sheriffs Office between 06/01/2019 and 07/31/2019 from the following person: Kevin Riford. Please provide the foil request number or ID, the date of the request, the decription of the request, and the results of the FOIL request (e.g. responsive documents located, no responsive documents located, or denied).
2.) A copy of any and all FOIL responses sent by the Erie County Sheriffs Office between 06/01/2019 and 08/31/2019 to the following person: Kevin Riford. Please provide the foil request number or ID, the date of the response, and the results of the FOIL request (e.g. responsive documents located, no responsive documents located, or denied).
3.) A copy of the Erie County Sheriffs FOIL log between 06/01/2019 and 07/31/2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please be advised our office is commencing a search of its files for the documents you have requested and will follow up with more information within twenty (20) business days.
If our search indicates that we maintain the requested documents, we will be in contact with you and advise you of the cost. We are required to charge $0.25 per page for copies, Accident or Police Reports are $15.00, DVD's or CD's are $25.00.
