Dear Mr. or Ms. Pillon,
The Imperial County Counsel's office has received the request for the information on the following items:
1) “All records related to Alicia L Leon (also known as Ally Lotti), from 2016 to present day, within your agency’s possession.
We received this request on December 13th, 2023.
1. General extension to respond.
The request for records related to a this information involves the need to “collect the requested records from field facilities or other establishments that are separate from the office processing the request,” as well as “compile data” and “consult…with another agency having substantial interest in the determination of the request.” (Cal. Gov. Code § 7922.535 subd. ‘c’.) Accordingly, pursuant to Government Code section 7922.535(c), the period of time within which we will respond to your request is by January 6th, 2023.
