Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. All incident reports concerning the arrest of William Haymon (DOB: July 14, 2004) for alleged armed robbery in February 2018; and
2. All incident reports concerning the arrest of William Haymon (DOB: July 14, 2004) for alleged aggravated assault in February 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Good afternoon Blake,
Regarding the records request on William Haymon, I noticed that MuckRock
wasn't the requester, but rather it was a request sent to your agency.
The only records the Court can release are the ones that have been
filed. The affidavit and warrant reflecting the charge(s) are the only
documents that have been previously released.
The above mentioned was given to Mr. Haymon's attorney as well as the
Mississippi Center For Justice. If either one of these are the initial
requester, then they already have what I can release.
If you have need of anything further, and any future correspondence
should be sent to the District Attorney's Office.
