To Whom It May Concern:
On May 10, 2021, it was reported that, "On May 6, 2019, the City Council approved a contract with Georgia Power to install 16 LPR cameras, most of which are in the Perimeter area, with their SiteView program. A down payment of $189,218.00 was made and our ongoing monthly cost is $4,815.58. Although the partnership with Georgia Power SiteView has been successful, it has not been without its challenges. Near the end of 2020, we were notified that Georgia Power will no longer be adding additional SiteView clients, but were committed to supporting the ones they already have."

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all agreements, including but not limited to leasing agreements, contracts, MOUS, and data sharing agreements, with Georgia Power for leasing license plate reader cameras that were active between 1/1/2017 and 3/1/2024.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
