Pursuant to the Nebraska Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Douglas County Grand Jury, which was convened to investigate crimes connected with the collapse of the Franklin Community Federal Credit Union in Omaha, Nebraska. Any and all records, including but not limited to, reports, transcripts, letters, witness lists, evidence, and other correspondence. The grand jury was convened and charged on March 19, 1990 and appeared to end on July 23, 1990.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

MuckRock News,
I received a PRA request on November 14 for the attached letter and mailed
out a response the same day. I received a second request dated November
15th and mailed out the same letter as November 14th on November 21st. I
just received a third request for the same information dated November
30th. The two previous letters were mailed to the mailed responses
address, and we have not received them back as undeliverable. Please see
the attached letter that was mailed out November 14th.
