Good day, I contacted this particular area for records concerning the gun my son was shot with. MSP records told me they did not have info at all. They told me to get in touch with DPD FOIA. Its been a month no response. Hopefully you can get request much quicker

Comment: Jalen Stephon Paris 02/29/1992 Murdered August 26, 2018. In front of 2474 Fullerton St Detroit, Mi. Gun that was used was picked up in a traffic stop in January 2021. MSP, was given gun. It was already ran through NIBIN with match. Its been a month and 3 weeks since MSP had gun. Asking for results under FOIA. I called MSP forensics.
