Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, letters of intent, and other agreement documents with SoundThinking or ShotSpotter.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Your request for the Shotspotter Contract has been received and completed. The total for the contract is $8.60, cash, check, or credit card. You can come in person at 714 E Belt Line Rd to receive a copy of the contract, it can be mailed to you or it can be emailed. Once payment is received, you can let me know how you would prefer to receive your request. I am including a link to the online payment portal as well to this email.
