Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act § 24-72-201 et seq. and/or the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act § 24-72-301 et seq., I request that you make available for inspection and copying the following public records:
The morning of June 8 there was a 911 call to report an accident on Pecos and 40th. I would like a copy of the 911 call and I would also like a copy of each officers body camera footage. There was no accident report submitted, but the 911 call will inform who the officers were. I didn’t get their names. I was in a lot of pain and needed to get to the er. I believe the accident was around 9 or 9:30am. I would also like any other documentation that is a result of this accident.If you are not the custodian of records for this request, please forward this letter to the appropriate person or let me know which person(s) has
custody of these records.
Please contact me with any questions about my request. Thank you for your time.
Please set a date and hour, within three working days following receipt of this letter, at which time the records will be made available for inspection. If access to these records will take longer, please cite the extenuating circumstances and let me know when I should expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.
