Pursuant to the Delaware Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All records and documents held by Delaware State Police regarding a Tesla crash that occurred on 7/21/2019.

According to media reports the crash happened westbound on East Market Street (SR 16) approaching the intersection of southbound Sussex Highway (US 13) at around 11:01 AM.

There was one occupant in the 2018 Tesla Model 3, a 79-year-old female.

The records requested include but is not limited to:

Incident report

Investigative records (interview transcripts, scene models)

CAD report

All video and audio recordings (dash cam, body cam, mobile video, interviews, video of the scene)

All photos

Radio dispatch recordings

911 calls

After action reports
