From: Delaware State Police

Mr. O’Donnell –

The Department has reviewed your request and I have attached the responsive records. This includes Equitable Sharing records from 2014-2018, DATE has records from 2014-2018 and those are attached. In addition, SLEAF records after September of 2016 are attached. As a note, prior to September 26, 2016, SLEAF records were non-public record by statute. Therefore, DSHS denies the portion of your request for any documents submitted before September 26, 2016 pursuant to 29 Del. C. § 10002(l)(6), “[a]ny records specifically exempted from public disclosure by statute or common law.” SLEAF Documents dated after September 26, 2016 for DATE and DCP are attached per your request.

The Department considers your request closed.
Regards,

Wendy
