Copies of signed and notarized (if available) oaths of office for any and all district employees or contractors with the following credentials:
- School Building Leader
- School Administrator / Supervisor
- School District Leader
- School District Business Leader
From October 15, 2017 until the date this request is fulfilled.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Jackson Parker,
This will respond to your New York State Freedom of Information Law
(“FOIL”) request received by me on August 02, 2022 and follows my initial
response to you acknowledging receipt of that request dated June 29, 2022.
I am responding to your request as the Records Access Officer of the
Duanesburg Central School District. In your request you seek: Oaths of
Office (Certified Leadership) (Duanesburg Central School District) Please
be advised that your request is denied in its entirety because the district
does not have possession of:
“Copies of signed and notarized (if available) oaths of office for any and
all district employees or contractors with the following credentials:
- School Building Leader - School Administrator / Supervisor - School
District Leader - School District Business Leader
From October 15, 2017 until the date this request is fulfilled.”
Accordingly, at this time please be advised that your request is denied in
full.
Pursuant to FOIL, you have a right to appeal a denial of any portion of
