Any application and associated filings, documents, and papers related to the employment application of Joe (Joseph) Turner for any position but specifically for the position of City Manager.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

city does not receive a reply within thirty days of providing a Cost
Estimate, the request will be considered inactive.
After review of your request, it will either be sent to you via this email
address, or you will be informed of any cost related to the request.
