To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of any documents stored on any government cellular phone. To include detailed phone records of all incoming/outgoing phone numbers and any incoming/outgoing SMS/Text messages. Also all notes and documents stored on any personal phones and/or electronic devices that have been used to promulgate public business including SMS/Text messages, documents, and notes. Also a copy of all public records requests sent to the City Clerk written or via email.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

The City of DeFuniak Springs is in receipt of
your Public Records Request via email on 12/6/2023 and will be processed in
accordance with the Florida Public Records Law under Chapter 119, F.S. You
