I want all agreements between Deer Park Police Department and Clearview AI since January 1, 2022, purchase order number: 230746
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Good afternoon,
I have heard back from our attorney and we are able to release the majority of the information to you, excluding a W-9 and a page that includes proprietary information to the company. I can send what we are able to release to you now and close this request out as complete if you are willing to modify your request to remove those 2 items. If you do not wish to modify your request, we can submit the 2 confidential documents to the Attorney General’s Office for a ruling, however, the information will likely still be withheld.
Please reply to this email and indicate your preference – you will accept the modified request as mentioned above or you are seeking an Attorney General ruling. Thank you.
