Good Afternoon,

I am Officer Rodney Barrett with the Dayton Police Department and received your request for records involving a traffic Accident. In your request you reference Sgt. Nienhaus and Detective Todd. I check with co workers and they believe that these Officers work for Miami Township Police Department which is a suburb of Dayton their phone number is 937-433-4301. If these of the Officers handling the report the accident would have happened in their jurisdiction. If there is anything else I can help you with feel free to contact me at
