Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Copies of Orders Issued from 2015-present by the Danbury Health & Human Services Department, including notices to correct or reinspect premises for all licensed establishments at 5 Padanaram Road, buildings 1 & 2.
2. Copies of all correspondence to or from all licensed establishments, including written and electronic.
3. Copies of all employee emails pertaining to these responsive documents.
I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.

Are you saying that alterations to the establishment that is currently Basilico have had no other orders, warnings, or inspections since 2015? There were upgrades to the drains and flooring as recently as 2021 that the health department required in order to license the establishment after possession by Kenny & Paul. These documents fall under my request.

Can you please respond to the affirmative that there are no responsive emails to this request?
Are there any responsive documents for Maroo, Bombay Indian Grocery, or Lisa Nails? They are also licensed and inspected establishments under the Department of Public Health.
