Our records show the Dallas Police Department as the arresting/investigating agency for the offense and date in question.  Please contact Dallas to obtain any records available and log in to the Public Records Center at the following link to access the related jail records.
Also, the Dallas Sheriff's Office is not the custodian of inmate medical records. Any such records would have been maintained by Parkland Hospital during Gary Green's incarceration at the Dallas County Jail.
