Would you please clarify a couple of things from your request?
1. When you are asking for "mentions of voices" do you mean in Green's interrogation video or in other places in the record? If so, where?
2. When you ask for "records of conversations" would you clarify what conversations you are asking about, between what people? Please be advised that if this Office does notreceive a response to this request for clarification within sixty-one days, therequest will be considered withdrawn. Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 522.222. Thanks for clarifying.
1. When you are asking for "mentions of voices" do you mean in Green's interrogation video or in other places in the record? If so, where?
ANSWER: We are requesting the interrogation video as a separate element of this request. The places in Green's records that I am looking for is in any statement made by Green upon his initial arrest and statement or later during a court cross examination where Green mentions "hearing voices" in reference to mental illness.
2. When you ask for "records of conversations" would you clarify what conversations you are asking about, between what people?
ANSWER: Here I am referring to any internal notes/emails or messages between the Dallas County District Attorney and anyone on Green's legal defense team, the prosecution team or the arresting officers with regards to Green's arrest, sentencing or conviction during the time of Green's arrest or trial.
